Policies & Cancellations

Your service time is reserved especially for you and I value your business. I understand things come up and life happens so if adjustments need to be made please reach out to me asap to avoid any fees.

My scheduling system sends text and email reminders 4 days and 1 day before appointments. If you are not
receiving these please let me know.

These policies are put into place to help to protect my time and business and those who are patiently waiting for appointment availability.

Cancellations/Rescheduling
All appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be subject to 50% service fee.

PMU services must be rescheduled at least 5 days before scheduled service to avoid $100 holding fee.

TARDINESS
Clients that arrive 10+ minutes late may be turned away for their service or receive shortened service at full cost. If the service is not able to be completed in time allotted the client may be charged 50-100% of the service. 

NO SHOWS
In the event the client does not show for a scheduled appointment they will be subject to 100% service fee.
